China-to-U.S. product procurement

China sourcing and product supply for U.S. businesses.

China-to-U.S. procurement covers finding a supplier, agreeing a specification, approving a sample and having the goods produced and delivered. Sourcing Lab USA buys and supplies the products rather than acting only as an introducer: clothing, textiles and packaging are the core specialties, other products are reviewed for feasibility, and the quotation names the company in France or China that contracts and invoices.

Start your China sourcing and product supply project now. Clothing, sportswear, technical apparel and packaging are our core specialties; other products are assessed on request. Your quote identifies the contracting and invoicing company in France or China.

DESIGNED AROUND THE PRODUCT

What your China-to-U.S. product order includes.

China-to-U.S. procurement begins with a product brief and finishes with commercial terms that make the responsibilities clear. Product specifications, samples, production coordination, shipping terms, and importer responsibilities are confirmed order by order.

01

A specific product scope

Define the product, quantity and intended use. Clothing and packaging are core specialties; other product categories are reviewed for feasibility before a proposal is made.

02

Production coordination

Coordinate the supplier options, product specification, sample requirements, and agreed production checkpoints for the order.

03

Clear commercial terms

Confirm the responsibilities for shipping, import, and delivery before production and shipment are approved.

04

A U.S. destination

Products may be delivered directly from China to the agreed U.S. destination under the commercial terms agreed for the order.

A DOCUMENTED PROCESS

Agree the supply terms before your order.

  1. 01

    Confirm the project scope

Define the product, quantity, destination, specification, and requirements that need confirmation before a proposal is reviewed.

  2. 02

    Review the order basis

Discuss supplier options, sampling, production timing, and the commercial terms that apply to the specific order.

  3. 03

    Agree responsibilities before shipment

Shipping terms, product documentation, import responsibilities, and delivery arrangements are confirmed by the parties for the order.

Minimum order quantity
From 500 units
A common starting point. The real minimum follows the product, material, construction, decoration and the split across sizes or colours.
Samples
1 to 2 weeks
Once the specification is agreed. A new mould, tooling or a custom material extends it, and a revised sample restarts the cycle.
Production
45 to 60 days
After sample approval, before shipping. Quantity, decoration and factory loading at the time of order all move it.

Indicative planning figures, not commitments. The quantity, sampling scope and production timing for your project are confirmed in your quotation.

Review the product specifications, sample requirements, quantities, product pricing and payment terms before approving your order. Delivery and import responsibilities are agreed for each project. See how product supply and order terms work. Use the supplier evidence matrix and quality checkpoint worksheet to prepare the questions for your order.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Questions about china-to-u.s. product procurement.

Does the quotation cover products or a sourcing-agent commission?

Our commercial offer is the purchase and supply of products. The quotation identifies the company supplying and invoicing your order, the product specification and pricing, and the costs and responsibilities agreed for that project. No universal sourcing-agent fee or all-inclusive delivered price is assumed.

Can you source products beyond clothing and packaging?

Yes. Other products can be assessed on request, based on their specifications, quantity and production requirements. Our offer is product sourcing and supply; customs brokerage and freight forwarding are not standalone services.

Who is responsible for import requirements?

Requirements depend on the product and destination. Import, documentation, and delivery responsibilities are confirmed in the commercial terms for each order.

Is there already a U.S. office or warehouse?

No. The Miami expansion is planned for 2027. You can already work with us through France or China; the company handling your contract and invoice is identified in your quotation.
